Excellent cloth but communication needs improvement

Good thickness for drying car. I have used this for drying car as well as for applying a detailer. Delivery was within a week. However, there was no intimation by email that the product was shipped. I sent an email asking for the tracking number and there was no reply to that as well. This poor attitude needs to change.
